Hester's Milk Tart Premix

RECIPE:

500g milk tart mix

1500ml cold milk

METHOD: Add the powder to the milk and blend on low speed until all lumps are removed, beat for 5 min on high speed. Pour into prepared pie shells (baked or crumb crust), stand for 30 min in the refrigerator to set. Dust with cinnamon if desired.
