• Electric hand beater
• 2 x Swiss roll baking pans or any flat sheet pan (30 x 40cm)
• Large metal / glass mixing bowl x 2
• Coffee grinder / food processor (optional)
• 250ml fresh cream
• Container to transport the macarons
• Apron
• Dish cloth
• Tea towel
