Try your hand at making “Hot Cross “buns – with a twist of course and some fruity tea breads and rings

BRING WITH FOR THE CLASS:

• Apron
• Dish cloth
• Tea towel
• 2 x large mixing bowl
• Warm blanket to cover dough
• 2 x baking trays (20 x 30cm) – standard Swiss roll pan
• 1 x 500g butter
• Container to transport baked goods
