CMC (to be used in Gum Paste) (similar to Gum Traquantant/Guargum)

Usage: 5ml CMC to 250g plastic icing. (ready to roll icing)

Adding CMC to the plastic icing adds more elasticity and will harden the product.

Suitable for flowers and figurines. Ca be used to make your own glue for fondant or gum paste.

Same usage for Tylose and gum arabic.
